On September 11th Precision Engineer will be restructured by splitting into

two separate divisions.

The subcontract side of the business will be expanded into General Engineering

within the local area and will be known as Cooper Engineering.

All our phone numbers, company reg number, Vat No, fax and E mail remain unchanged .

Precision Engineer Ltd remains as the legal title trading as Cooper Engineering.

Precision Engineer will then market our unique “ Cooldrill” range of CNC tool holders

for the UK market . This is a new venture with our own products hence the separation.

October 2005 is our Best ever Month but November is even better.
