CNC Sub Contract Machining.

CNC milling, Turning for the automotive, defense and aerospace industries. CNC milling programmed by CAD CAM - batch size 1 to 500 in all common materials including plastics, parts range from the very simple to 4 hour cycle times.

1200 NC programs written over the last 5 years.

New Cnc turning up to .3m x z550 on a rigid slant bed lathe- (not converted centered lathe) will take huge cuts.

Toolmaking.

Drill jigs, press tools /injection moulding dies.

Pressure die casting products.

Bubble tubes, thurner housing and values , ejection pins. Various cores from 4mm diameter to 4 inch made from Orvar supreme H13 with coatings that out last any other type of core.

Metal treatment.

Plasma nitriding -vacume hardening and tempering- Y coat - pvd coating, anodizing, electro plating - chemical blacking, powder coating.

Fabrication and Maintenance.

From those emergency repairs to complex parts that are usually cheaper made in the Uk.
